Do I need to be at the property while you clean?
We leave that up to you. Some prefer to leave us a key. We can discuss arrangements on how you’d like us to come and clean.
How many people will clean my property?
We have teams of two including one supervisor. Larger properties may require additional staff and smaller homes may need one cleaning person.
Are you Bonded?
Yes we carry a surety bond, this would be filed for a theft that is prosecuted, we have never had this happen! We DO NOT cover damage or breakage done in the course of cleaning over $100 value, above that you may want to check with your homeowner or liability insurance .We advise you put away valuable items and please let us know if you have items you prefer we do not clean.
Is your house cleaning work guaranteed?
We have a 24-hour guarantee if anything is missed or overlooked, call within 24 hours and we will return the next day at no charge
Do you supervise and train your housekeepers?
All Star Maids team members are trained before going out to homes. We also make routine visits to ensure the quality of our work.
Will I always have the same maid service team each time?
We make every effort to have the same team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to illness. The All Star Maids team leader’s job is to learn your home and to teach the team members to deliver the quality that you would expect.
What are your fees and how do I pay for services?
Our rates are based on the size and condition of your home or property. We can provide you with an estimate.We ask that payment is due at time of service and you can pay by cash, check or credit cards.
Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?
All Star Maids will always arrive at your home with cleaning products and equipment. All of our products are environmentally preferable and are safe for small children and pets. Should you need special attention given to any area in your home we welcome you to provide products or specifications as to the treatment of those areas.
